Senior Mineral/Mining Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mineral/Mining Engineer to join Global’s A-Team. The Senior Mineral/Mining Engineer will be responsible for conducting and supervising geological, mining and metallurgical studies and projects. Through niche project and travel opportunities, engineers on Global’s A-Team welcome the challenge to investigate, identify and solve geologic, mining and mineral processing issues and bottlenecks. They work to find environmental solutions that help domestic and international clients manage and develop mineral resources effectively, maximizing resource potential and keeping projects moving.
What You’ll Do
As a member of the A-Team, you’ll help further Global’s mission to enable the development and manufacturing of mineral and metal projects that compete in the global market, adding value to mineral resources through technology, creativity, innovation and industry experience. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant day-to-day operations and production, providing project, design and engineering support, assisting with studies and producing strategic mine plans and technical recommendations to accomplish client goals and keep projects moving forward.
Who You Are
The right candidate is a dependable, task-oriented self-starter with a get-it-done attitude and at least ten years of relevant experience in critical minerals and metals, rare earth elements and/or the supply chains that support the electric vehicle and battery industries. Qualified candidates will be proficient in Arc GIS, Excel, Word, Access and computerized mine planning systems. Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; Master’s degree and registered professional engineering preferred. Competitive salary commensurate with candidate experience.

You’ll be part of the leadership rhythm that propels our business—and our clients—forward, working side by side with the CFO to keep critical business functions running smoothly, streamline communications, manage calendars and coordinate projects that directly impact our clients’ success.
Who You Are
The right A-Team candidate is a dependable, efficient individual who’s calm under pressure and demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. They will be proficient in Excel, Word, Access, Publisher, Teams/Zoom and QuickBooks, with previous experience in business financials and reporting cycles preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting required; experience in executive or business assistant role preferred. Competitive salary commensurate with candidate experience.
